Welcome...
With
innovation and new technology, Airglas Engineering Company
has designed skis that are used for landing in deep snow, on
glaciers, oil platforms and on soft sand or marsh. Wes
Landes and his son, Gary, continue to expand and develop
Airglas Engineering from the same location in Anchorage
where it started in 1955. Airglas Engineering's customers
now span the globe, including more than 30 countries.
Anchorage's location at the air crossroads of the world with
non-stop flights to most major cities in Europe and Asia
help assure
the company's major role in international sales.
Airglas Engineering Company is currently producing skis for
over thirty different types of helicopters, ranging from the
giant Boeing CH-47 to the MDH500F.
